To use another contemporary pop culture example: ![]() So yeah.never underestimate people's ability to uwu a horrible monster if they vaguely align with that persons identity or worldview. Like I brought that up in another thread and someone literally responded "Ok she's a baby eating monster but she's our baby eating monster." Then you'll notice she's actually a heroic character often done via rebellion against "the order" she was originally supporting. Then you'll start to see she's really just under a lot of pressure/misunderstood She's first going to appear as a queen jerkass that is antagonistic to the protagonists It's to the point now where 2/3 times if you see a character named Lilith in a story you know how her arc is going to play out I mean hell pop culture example "Lilith" being seen as some feminist icon.when in her OG appearance she was the mother of demons and a baby murdering demon herself and it was all out of what amounts to a lovers spat and not wanting to be moderated. Or if they want to fuck that person or both. ![]() Remember good chunks of people will say someone is "heroic" if they have some things in common with that person.
